$268.38 Chambersburg, Ill January 21st, 1842
On day after date, I promise to pay to B.B. and J. Metz, or bearer, Two
hundred sixty eight dollars, and thirty-eight cents, without defalcation, for
value received, with interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum.

deceased. Petition to sell Real Estate. Ordered that this cause be continued,
