State of Illinois Pike County Court of Probate Justice of the Peace

This day came James Johns who being duly sworn does depose and say that David
S. Hill on whose estate letters of administration are requested by teh said
James Johns and Oliver Johns is dead and died intestate so far as he has
knowledge and believes on or about the 17th day of Aug. A.D. 1841. Sworn to
and subscribed before me at my office in Pittsfield in open court this 4th day
of Sept. A.D. 1841. P. Paullin PJP James Johns
