State of Illinois, Pike County,
Mr. James Johns and Oliver Johns do solemnly swear that we will well and truly
administer all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits and
effects of David S. Hill, deceased, and pay all just claims and charges
against said estate so far as his goods and chattels and effects shall extend,
and the law charge us and that we will do and perform all other acts required
of us by law to the best of our knowledge and abilities, Sworn and subscribed
to before me this 4th day of September 1841 P. Paullin Probate Justice of the
